Top with cheese and crushed tortilla chips for a delectable meal! DIRECTIONS: Mix contents with 4 cups of milk (whole milk works best). Heat and stir, bring to a boil. Continue to heat and stir until the mix thickens (this mix takes longer to thicken than others). Should be about 10 to 15 minutes. After the mix thickens add 1 cup of shredded mild cheddar cheese. Then add any veggies or meat you prefer. A can of whole kernel corn and/or a can of chicken gives a great taste. Put 8 oz of broccoli for a great broccoli cheddar soup. Any veggies or meat you like will work with this cheddar soup mix!
