White Chocolate Strawberry No Bake Cheesecake

Our White Chocolate Strawberry no-bake cheesecake will delight you with a light creamy taste of strawberry and white chocolate. Serve as a dip to compliment your charcuterie board of fruits or cookies. Use as a creamy layer between your favorite strawberry or vanilla cake layers. Lastly, and certainly the best of all, serve it as a no-bake cheesecake in a graham cracker crust! Simply delicious!

YOU WILL NEED:  1-8oz Cream Cheese     1-12oz Cool Whip     1-Graham Cracker Pie Crust, 8 or 9 inch

DIRECTIONS:  In a large mixing bowl add softened cream cheese and blend on high speed until creamy.   Add cheesecake mix and blend on low for 30 seconds or until well incorporated.  Gently fold in Cool Whip until mixture is combined.  Fill the pie crust with mixture and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

Variations: Use mixture as a cookie dip or a fruit dip.
